For our active website design and hosting clients (such as Blaketon Financial), WebsiteWires functions legally as an "Operator" under Section 21 of POPIA.

This means that while our clients remain the "Responsible Party" for their own user databases, WebsiteWires has administrative access to host, back up, and secure those systems. We commit to:

• Processing client database information solely with the explicit authorization of the client.
• Treating all client-owned customer data with absolute confidentiality.
• Applying high-level server security measures, firewall structures, and SSL protocols.
• Notifying our clients immediately (within 24 hours) in the event of an identified security breach on our servers.

6. Third-Party Sharing

WebsiteWires does not sell, trade, or distribute your personal information to third parties. We only share personal information with trusted service providers who help us run our business (such as cloud hosting servers, payment portals, and GoHighLevel CRM infrastructure), under strict confidentiality agreements.
